Run A Blog, Lose Your Job
I know I'm late getting to this, but here's an instance of someone who got canned because of her blog. "Troutgirl" evidently worked for Friendster.
The unfortunate thing is that the posts in question (1, 2) are fairly vacant in terms of their reasonably predicted affect on Friendster's PR.
I'm interested in hearing from Blogservations readers, particularly the ones that run PR blogs. Has your company ever threatened you based on your blog, or demanded editorial oversight as to what you post? Let me know. I'll post the answers anonymously here.
