Surprise! I'm a "Googlewhack"

Surprise! I'm a "Googlewhack"
...though not for long after Google indexes this post, I guess.
A "Googlewhack" is defined as "that elusive query (two words - no quote marks) with a single, solitary [Google] result!"
Anyway...How did I find out about this? Well, I just received this note:
Hi Phil,

Did you know, you are a googlewhack?!

This sounds strange, but after hours of searching on google I found your website - Your site is the only site in the world to contain both the words "ambidextrously" and "monoliths" , making it a rare 'googlewhack'! I hope knowing this has lightened up your day a bit!! - You can see more about googlewhacks at www.googlewhack.com where i have registered your whack for posterity.

Please email me back, if you have time!

All The Best -Alex

True enough. I typed "ambidextrously" and "monoliths" and the single result was this page.

I Hate To Break It To The Gadget Blogs, But...

I Hate To Break It To The Gadget Blogs, But...
...The New York Times' "Circuits" section just really isn't written for you guys.
Yes, I know we gear-heads were way ahead of the curve on gadget miniaturization, USB drives, and the "shuffle" function on our MP3 players, but I really don't think we're the demographic that "Circuits" considers its true audience.
Didn't the first USB drives years ago only contain 16MB or less and cost $75-to-$100 or more? Does that really belong in the "Circuits" section? And well-intentioned tries at ultra-small PCs like the OQO have been around for a while, though not nearly so elegantly designed. Are "Circuits" readers going to want to learn about every single mini-PC attempt from every single five-employee, family-run operation based out of southeast Asia?
Anyway... "Circuits"-baiting totally misses the point. Compared to what a true enthusiast cares about, a national paper needs to go a mile wide and an inch deep to satisfy its broad audience and the advertisers that wish to get in front of them. Bloggers, newsletter writers, and other micro-media can (and must!) go a mile deep and an inch wide because that's what their audiences demand.
Just concentrate on the gadgets. Please. That's why I'm pulling an RSS-feed-per-hour out of each of you.

How Do You Spell "Clout?"

How Do You Spell "Clout?"
Does anyone have any stories of this happening in the technology world? I'm sure it has, but I can't think of any offhand right now.
From the article:
Yesterday my esteemed colleague, Daily News film critic Jack Mathews, was in the crowd at the Broadway Screening Room in midtown — watching the Lions Gate release "Eulogy," which opens Friday — when the projectionist summarily halted the movie.

An apologetic publicist explained to the annoyed critics that because the announced 10:30 a.m. screening had started 20 minutes behind schedule, they couldn't show the final reel, because it would prevent a noon screening of Miramax's "Shall We Dance" from starting on time.

"There were about 25 to 30 people in the room, all of us equally bewildered," Mathews told me, noting that screenings seldom if ever start on time. "I said to the publicist, 'Whose fault is it?' She said something about Miramax, whose movie I assume was coming up. But when I pressed her to tell me who's sitting out there who can't wait, she said it was The New York Times' Stephen Holden."

Seeing as how Eulogy is supposed to star one of my favorite actresses, I guess I'd be bent too.
