Those of you who know me well know what I was up to the day this was announced. I wanted to congratulate Electronic Design's Dave Bursky for winning a lifetime achievement award and hall-of-fame induction by the Communications Alumni Group of The City College of New York. Mr. Bursky was provided this very prestigious award in recognition of his 32 years of service to trade journalism and the positive impact that his coverage has provided to the advancement of technology. He is the first Electrical Engineer to be so honored, and joins an elite club of other lifetime journalists such as Bernard Kalb, Stephen B. Shepard, Upton Sinclair, Marvin Kalb, Larry Gralla and many others. Quite a distinguished list, I must say.
