Now, as Deborah Branscum observes, the vultures are wasting no time in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Haven't people learned? And does the author who is publicized in this release really think that the people in New Orleans are preoccupied with "reinventing themselves"? Newsflash: They're thinking about how we're going to prevent this natural disaster from continuing to slide into the "man-made" category.
