Nearby Venice Beach, all things considered, seems an ersatz substitute for Rio and Copacabana. The photos will be up on Flickr soon. Upon returning, it seemed that the recent Edelman SL event was just the thing to light the proper fire under my kiester to get my Second Life in order. Here I am, Philgomes Cleanslate: Here's my girlfriend and I: (Yes, before the bad jokes start, I have a real girlfriend who has a Second Life account. It's not a virtual girlfriend for lack of one in my first life. I'm not that much of a geek. Then again, I'm watching X-Files reruns as I write this, so I probably should get off this topic.)
